Preparation steps

Peel the eggs, and halve lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse the shrimp under cold water, drain well, and dry on paper towels.

Place the shrimp in a bowl and mix with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill. Top each egg with a tablespoon of the shrimp mixture. Garnish with dill, and serve with pumperknickel bread or salty snacks.
