- 5 Tbsps Mayonnaise

Preparation steps
1.
Cook eggs until hard-boiled, 8-10 minutes. Let cool, peel and cut in half. Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs, and cut into thin strips.

Top each egg half with a dab of mayonnaise and a few pepper strips. Serve garnished with lime zest and trout roe.
