- For the sandwiches
- 2 Basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 30 grams Pine nuts
- 60 milliliters olive oil
- 30 grams freshly grated Parmesan
- ½ Ciabatta
- 2 scoops Mozzarella (125 g)
- 80 grams Boiled ham (in slices)

Preparation steps

Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Peel and chop the garlic.
To make the pesto: In a mortar or food processor, add the basil, pine nuts, olive oil and parmesan cheese and blend until smooth and fully incorporated.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) or turn on the oven to broil. Halve the ciabatta horizontally. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
To assemble the sandwiches: spread the pesto on the ciabatta bread, top with mozzarella, ham, and other bread half.
In the oven or on broil, bake for 5-10 minutes.
Divide and serve in portions.
