Ham and Cheese Tortillas
- For the mozzarella rolls
- ⅔ cup fresh Mozzarella (drained and sliced)
- 4 sprigs Basil (leaves removed)
- 4 slices Wholemeal Bread (crusts cut off)
- cherry Tomatoes
Place the mozzarella and the basil on the bread and roll up tightly. Fix with toothpicks and serve with the cherry tomatoes.
To make the wraps, dry roast the mustard seeds in a hot pan. Remove from the pan and leave to cool.
Mix the mustard seeds with the sour cream and season with salt and ground black pepper.
Heat the tortillas in a hot pan and spread with the sour cream. Top with the ham, roll up and serve alongside the mozzarella rolls.
