- 150 grams thinly sliced Cheese (such as Gouda)
- 80 grams baby gherkin Pickle
- 50 grams pickled Mushrooms
- 2 Tbsps green Olives (stuffed with pimento)
- 4 Cherry tomatoes
- Ketchup (for serving)
- Mayonnaise (for serving)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the ham and the cheese into equally sized slices. Roll up one slice of ham with one slice of cheese and stick with a toothpick. Add gherkins, mushrooms, olives and tomatoes to taste. Repeat until all the ham and cheese is used up.
2.
Arrange the ham and cheese rolls on a plate and serve with ketchup and mayonnaise for dipping.
