1 organic lemon (juiced)
150 grams Natural yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the zucchini, then thinly slice lengthwise. 

2.

Heat the olive oil in a grill pan. Grill the zucchini, season to taste with salt and pepper, then remove from the heat. 

3.

Rinse and halve the peppers. Remove the seeds and membranes and finely dice. 

4.

Peel and finely dice the garlic. Mix the garlic with the lemon juice, mustard, and yogurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

5.

Arrange the zucchini on a plate. Drizzle with the sauce, then sprinkle with the diced peppers and mint. Drizzle with the olive oil and serve.
