4 trout (each about 300 g)
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps lemon juice
salt
peppers (freshly ground)
1 bunch thyme (approx 20 g)

Preparation steps

Rinse the trout and pat dry. In a bowl, blend 4 tablespoons oil with the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Brush the insides and outsides of the trout with the oil mixture and fill the cavities with sprigs of thyme. Wrap each trout with foil and grill on the barbecue, turning occasionally, until completely cooked, about 20-25 minutes.
