Preparation steps

1.

For the tomatoes, rinse the tomatoes, pat dry and carve crosswise. Finely chop the parsley. Peel and crush the garlic.

2.

Mix everything with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place the tomatoes on large pieces of aluminum foil and spoon a dollop of herb cream in the center of each. Close the foil tightly and cook on a hot grill for 20 minutes.

3.

For the dip, combine the quark with crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cut cress.

Serve the grilled tomatoes alongside the dip.
