4 large, waxy potatoes (cooked)
6 Tbsps olive oil
rosemary
salt
peppers
4 Steak (each 200 grams)
Herb butter

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub the potatoes and cut into wedges. Pluck rosemary leaves, chop and season with salt and pepper. Whisk in olive oil. Place 4 potato wedges on a wooden skewer and brush with herb-oil mixture.

Brush steaks with the herb-oil mixture.

Place skewers and steaks on the preheated grill and grill about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Serve with herb butter.
