Preparation steps

1.

Slice spare ribs into individual pieces of 3–4 ribs each. Rinse ribs with water and pat dry. Peel and finely chop onion, chop herbs, press garlic and combine with the remaining ingredients to make a marinade. Let ribs marinate for 2 hours. Grill ribs for 8–10 minutes on each side and brush repeatedly with marinade.

2.

Rinse potatoes well, pat dry, coat with a little oil, season with salt to taste and wrap each firmly in aluminum foil. Place laterally on grill and cook for about 35–40 minutes.

3.

Husk and clean corn on the cob and boil in salted water for 20 minutes. Take corn cobs from water, pat dry, brush with butter, salt to taste and brown on grill.

4.

To serve, place potatoes, corn, crudités and spare ribs on plates.
