- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Trim the radicchio, rinse and cut in half lengthwise so that the leaves on the stalk stay together. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and grill on a hot grill around 10 minutes.

Arrange the radicchio on a plate and drizzle with the remaining oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
