Preparation steps

Rinse and halve the pears, then remove the cores. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and mix with the honey. Brush the pears with the honey mixture, and place cut side up on the grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Brush the pears with the honey mixture, turn, and grill an additional 3-4 minutes. Repeat until browned on all sides.
