- For the melon
- 2 small honeydew melon
- 2 Tbsps Nut oil
- 300 grams Wild berry
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 centiliters Orange liqueur
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- For serving
- 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Preparation steps
1.
For the melon, cut melons in half and remove seeds. Brush cut surfaces with oil and place on the preheated grill, cut-sides down. Broil on grill grate for 2-3 minutes.

Pick over berries. Mix together honey, liqueur and lemon juice and toss with the berries. Pour into the upturned melon halves (if necessary, make a slice on the rounded side to ensure that melon halves stand upright). To serve, place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and garnish with mint.
