750 grams lamb (cut into 12 slices)

2 Radicchio
1 Eggplant
1 Zucchini

Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic and onion, chop finely and mix in a bowl with oil and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse meat, pat dry, and add to the marinade. Cover and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 4 hours.

2.

1 hour beforehand, remove the meat, drain well and thread three slices onto each skewer. Rinse and trim the eggplant and zucchini, cut crosswise into thick slices. Slice radicchio heads in half lengthwise.

3.

Grill vegetables and raddichio for 8-10 minutes. Place meat on the grill, brush with the marinade and grill slightly under 10 minutes.
