800 grams King prawn (peeled and deveined)
2 garlic cloves
2 chili peppers
1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
5 Tbsps olive oil
Sea salt
2 Limes

Preparation steps

Rinse and pat dry the prawns. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse, trim and chop the chile peppers. Combine chile peppers with the garlic, ginger and oil in a bowl and toss with the prawns. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Season with salt and cook the prawns on a preheated grill for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally.
