- 12 small Mullets (with skin, about 80 g)
- For the marinade
- 4 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsps honey
- 1 tsp sun-dried tomato pesto
- 1 pinch chili peppers

- 2 Bok Choy
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation steps
1.
For the marinade, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well and marinate fish fillets for at least 30 minutes.

For the salad, peel onion and finely chop. Rinse bok choy, drain and pat dry and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent and add bok choy and cook and stir occasionally. Add vinegar and remove from heat and set aside.
3.
Grill fish fillets on preheated grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Place lukewarm salad on plates and arrange grilled fish on top and serve immediately.
