- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 50 grams Ricotta cheese
- 16 slices ham (such as prosciutto)
- For garnish
- fresh Fresh herbs (such as chopped thyme and watercress red and green)
- peppers

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven.

Cut the figs crosswise and put on a lined baking sheet with foil. Mix together the lemon juice with the honey and the oil. Brush the figs with the mixture and place in the oven for about 8 minutes until they start to get color.
3.
Serve with the ham on plates. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and grind pepper on top.
