Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chicken, pat dry, and divide into 8 pieces. Rub with salt and pepper. Pull sage leaves from stems and chop leaves finely. Mix chopped sage with the oil, and brush onto chicken. Wrap the chicken pieces in aluminum foil, and, on a hot grill while turning, grill 10–15 minutes on each side.

2.

To make the sauce, mix the ketchup, tomato juice, and chile powder. Remove chicken from foil, brush with the sauce, and grill a few minutes more.

3.

Rinse greens beans. Add them to pot of well-salted boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes until tender. Drain. Serve the chicken accompanied by the beans.
