400 grams Baguette (1 large)
200 grams Double cream cheese (60-75% fat)
½ lemon (zested)
3 Tbsps Whipped cream
1 bunch parsley
8 slices ham
60 grams Tapenade (olive paste, from the jar)
1 sprig rosemary
3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Slice the baguette repeatedly leaving a distance of about 2 cm between cuts (approximately 3/4 inch), but do not cut through.

Mix the cream cheese with the lemon zest and cream and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the parsley and shake dry. Pluck the leaves, chop finely and mix with the cream cheese. Slice the ham in half crosswise.

Alternately, fill the openings in the baguette with cream cheese and tapenade. Distribute the ham in each section. Divide the rosemary sprigs and insert them sporadically.

Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake under the grill for about 10 minutes.

Break apart and serve separated.
