Preparation steps

1.

Oil grill grate and heat grill.

Rinse trout, pat dry and season cavitye with salt, pepper and paprika. Wrap each trout with 3 slices of bacon, tucking in some rosemary sprigs. Grill each side for about 6 minutes. Serve hot.
