50 grams cream cheese
50 grams Red currant jelly

12 slices Bacon
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut the sides into a pocket. Mix the cream cheese with red currant jelly and stuff into the chicken breast pockets. Season with salt and pepper, and wrap each chicken breast with 3 slices of bacon. Brush with the oil and grill in the not too hot grill until crispy for about 15-20 minutes, while turning.
