- 12 small Artichoke
- lemon juice (for drizzling)
- Sea salt
- peppers
- 4 fresh garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps
Rinse the artichokes, leaving part of the stem and peel the stem. Cut off the sharp tops of the leaves. Cut the trimmed artichokes lengthwise and sprinkle immediately with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and grill on both sides for about 2 minutes each (alternatively, cook in a pan with a little olive oil).
Press the garlic and add to olive oil. Mix the grilled artichokes with the oil, infuse for about 10 minutes and serve.
