16 small Artichoke
lemon juice (for drizzling)

2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop the garlic, then mix with the oil.

Trim the artichokes, leaving the stem intact, then peel. Slice the artichokes lengthwise into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch ) thick slices, and drizzle immediately with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, and grill on both sides for two minutes (or you can sauté in a pan with olive oil).

Remove from the grill, transfer to a bowl, and drizzle with the garlic oil. Mix with the parsley, and serve warm.
