400 grams green Tagliatelle
150 grams Gorgonzola
2 tsps freshly grated Lemon peel
2 Tbsps butter
200 milliliters Whipped cream
Nutmeg (freshly grated)
2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Cut Gorgonzola into small cubes. Melt butter over low heat and pour in the lemon zest. Add the cream and bring to a boil over low heat. Simmer for about 3 minutes while stirring, then pour in the gorgonzola and melt over low heat. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Cook tagliatelle until al dente in boiling salted water. Drain, setting some cooking water aside. Coat noodles in the sauce and toss. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the cooking water and the parsley, stir well and serve immediately.
