- ½ Galia melon
- 1 Frisée
- 1 Watercress
- lemons (juiced)
- 1 bunch Dill
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt (and pepper)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse pears, cut into quarters, remove core, cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Rinse frisee lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.

Remove melon seeds and scoop out small balls from the pulp with a melon baller. Rinse watercres, pat dry and arrange with lettuce, pears and melon balls on plates.
3.
Rinse dill and finely chop. Mix vinegar in a bowl with oil and season with salt, pepper and dill. Sprinkle vinaigrette over the salad. Serve garnished with peppercorns.
