- 2 ½ cups self-rising flour (plus extra for dusting)

1 flache rechteckige Casserole dish (ca. 30x20 cm), 1 Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Rubber spatula, 1 Mini food processor, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 große schwere Skillet, 1 Nutmeg grater, 1 Pastry brush
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

Mix together the cheese, spinach and spring onions.
3.
Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until combined.
4.
Add the soya milk and mix to a soft dough. Turn out on to a lightly floured surface.
5.
Knead lightly until smooth and roll or pat out to 2cm|3/4" thickness. Stamp out rounds using a 5 cm|2" cookie cutter. Re-roll the trimmings and cut out more rounds.
6.
Place the scones on the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, until just golden. Cool on a wire rack.
