- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 shallot
- 2 garlic cloves
- ⅜ cup olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Remove the cilantro and parsley leaves from the stems. Rinse and shake off any excess water.

Finely puree the herbs, peeled shallot and garlic cloves with the olive oil in a food processor.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
