- 3 ⅓ cups waxy potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 3 ¾ cups String bean (trimmed and halved)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and crushed)
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 Tbsps flour
- 3 cups Vegetable broth
- 11 ozs Frankfurter Sausage
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- white wine vinegar

Preparation steps
1.
Saute the onion in hot butter. Stir in the tomato paste, add the flour and continue to saute briefly.
2.
Pour in the broth and add the potatoes, bay leaf and crushed garlic clove. Simmer gently for approximately 30 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the string beans.
3.
Slice the sausages in 3 cm/1 " pieces.
4.
Season the stew with the salt, pepper and vinegar. Add the sausages and allow the stew to rest for a few minutes.
