1 Cucumber
8 Tomatoes
2 Bell pepper (red and green)
1 Red onion
100 grams black Olives (pitted)
2 Tbsps parsley (sliced)
200 grams Feta
Sea salt
freshly ground peppers
White vinegar
olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse cucumber and cut into slices.

2.

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into large cubes.

3.

Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, trim and cut into short strips.

4.

Peel onion, halve and cut into strips.

5.

Mix prepared ingredients with the olives and parsley and place in a salad bowl. Crumble cheese over the vegetables. Season with sea salt and pepper. Drizzle with white wine vinegar and olive oil to taste.
