1 Yeast dough (500 grams flour)
8 colored Easter eggs

Preparation steps

Rub the dyed eggs lightly with a little oil.

Put the dough on a floured surface and knead well. Shape into a roll and cut into 8-10 pieces of equal size.

Shape each dough piece into a long roll of about 20 cm (approximately 8 inches) and cross the ends to form a loop.

Place the dough on a greased baking sheet and leave covered to rest for about 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

In the middle of each dough loop, set 1 colored egg. Whisk the egg yolk with 1 tablespoon water and brush the dough loops with the mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake until golden brown for about 20-25 minutes.
