400 grams Fusilli

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse arugula and spin dry. Cube the dried tomatoes and feta. Cut the olives into slices.

2.

Cook the pasta in boiling salt water until al dente.

3.

Peel and slice the garlic. Fry the garlic in hot olive oil. Add the drained pasta. Mix in the arugula, tomatoes, feta and olives. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
