- 400 milliliters milk
- 4 Tbsps Quark
- 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- 1 Tbsp Caramel syrup
- 1 Tbsp Chocolate-covered espresso bean

Preparation steps

In a blender, combine milk, quark, ice cream and syrup. Puree until smooth. Stir in chocolate beans and divide frappé among glasses.
2.
Mix instant espresso with sugar and 3-4 tablespoons cold water. With a milk frother, blend until frothy. Spoon espresso foam onto frappés and serve with straws.
