Product recommendation
Coffee can be adjusted to your liking, skim milk, whole milk, sugar, artificial sweeteners, etc.
Preparation steps
1.
In a large pitcher or container, mix ground coffee with water. Cover and allow to sit at room temperature for at least 8 hours or overnight.
2.
Line a fine mesh strainer with cheesecloth and set over a separate pitcher or container. Pour coffee mixture through the strainer, allowing all liquid to run through. Discard the grounds.
3.
Place coffee concentrate in the refrigerator and chill. Use as needed.
4.
To serve: place ice cubes in a glass and fill 2/3 full with coffee concentrate. Add a splash of half- and-half or milk, if desired. Sweeten as desired and stir to blend.
