Preparation steps
1.
Rub the colored eggs lightly with a little oil.
2.
Put the yeast dough on a floured surface and knead well, shape into a roll and cut into 8-10 equal portions. Then shape each portion into a roll about 20 cm (approximately 8 inches) long and cross the ends so that loops are formed. Place the loops on greased baking tray and leave covered for about 20 minutes.
3.
Place 1 colored egg in the center of each loop. Whisk the egg yolk with 1 tablespoon water and brush the loops with it. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan: 160°C, gas mark 2) (approximately 350°F) until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
