0.333 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
3 sprigs fresh thyme
coarse salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
¾ cup kalamata Olives

Preparation steps

1.
Adjust the oven rack about 8 inches from the broiler element and heat the broiler to high. Arrange the baguette or ciabatta slices on a baking sheet. Broil until lightly toasted, about 3 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.

Turn the crostini over and brush with the seasoned olive oil. Top with feta, olives and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
4.
Serve immediately.
