300 grams green Grape (seedless)
300 grams purple Grape (seedless)
250 milliliters red Grape juice
1 Tbsp cornstarch
250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps sugar
1 packet Bourbon vanilla powder
2 tsps cinnamon
150 milliliters Whipped cream
4 tsps chopped Pistachio

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the grapes, remove the stems, and cut in half. Bring the grape juice to a boil, then add the grapes. Mix the cornstarch with a little cold water until smooth. Add the cornstarch mixture to the grapes, and stir until combined. Bring to a boil briefly, then remove from the heat and let cool.

Mix the yogurt with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and the cinnamon. Beat the cream until stiff, then fold into the yogurt. 

3.

Place the grape compote into bowls, top with the whipped cream, and sprinkle with the pistachios.
