- 4 cloves
- 1 l Apple juice
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 whole lemon (zested and juiced)
- 350 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 350 grams Kefir
- 100 grams raisins
- 100 grams peeled Pistachio
- 100 grams Almond slivers

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the apples, cut into quarters, remove the seeds and cut into thin wedges.

Combine the cloves, cinnamon stick, lemon peel and juice and apple juice in a saucepan. Add the apples, bring to a boil and cook over low heat just until the apples are tender. Remove the apples and allow to cool.
3.
Boil the juice until syrupy, then allow to cool and mix with the yogurt and kefir. Mix the raisins, pistachios and almonds,and set aside 1/3. Mix the rest with the apples and spoon into dessert glasses. Top with the yogurt cream and garnish with the raisin and nut mixture.
