1 cup organic soft Goat cheese
cup white Grape
¼ cup Poppy seeds
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds (toasted)
2 Tbsps Sunflower seed

Preparation steps

1.
In a large mixing bowl, soften the goat's cheese using a wooden spoon so that is pliable and mouldable.
2.
Wash and dry the grapes and take tablespoons of the goat's cheese and encompass the grapes so that you have round balls of goat's cheese covered grapes.
3.
Roll half of these balls in poppy seeds, one quarter in sesame seeds and the last quarter in sunflower seeds so that the seeds stick to the cheese.
4.
Pierce each ball with a cocktail stick and chill before serving.
