- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 stick Celery (cut into 1/2 cm pieces)
- ⅔ cup Tuna (finely diced)
- 4 Whole grain crackers (or alternatively, crispbreads)
- ½ handful Chives (cut into 1 cm rings)
- ¼ cup black Caviar

Preparation steps
1.
Toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without fat until lightly browned.
2.
Cut the avocados into approx. 1 cm dice and drizzle immediately with the lemon juice. Mix together with the celery and carefully stir in the tuna.
3.
Place 2-3 tbsp of the mixture on each cracker and sprinkle with the sesame seeds and chives. Spoon approx. 2 tsp of caviar on top and serve.
