- 2 goat shoulders (each about 1.2 kg)
- 1 Lemon salt
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 centimeters ginger
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- ½ tsp Turmeric (ground)
- ½ tsp Cumin
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse goat, pat dry and cut each part laterally, forming a pocket. Finely chop lemon. Rinse herbs, shake dry, pluck leaves and chop finely. Peel onion, garlic, ginger and chop everything finely. Mix herbs and oil. Season with turmeric, cumin and pepper. Fill goat shoulder and fasten with toothpicks or pins. Rub with salt.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) upper and lower heat.

Fry goat in roasting pan on all sides. With some water deglaze and cook about 1.5 hours in the oven. Turn meat over regularly and add water as needed.
4.
Remove toothpicks and serve goat in boneless slices.
