- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1.333 cups Goat cheese (crumbled)
- ¼ cup Pine nuts (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
- 6 large Portobello Mushroom (caps)
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine the breadcrumbs, raisins, goat cheese, pine nuts and thyme in a bowl. Stuff the mushroom caps with this mixture and top with additional breadcrumbs.

Bake for 30 minutes and serve hot right out of the oven.
