- 4 cooking Apple (peeled, cored, sliced)
- 2 Tbsps Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup white wine
- ½ cup chopped Walnut
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅓ cup raisins
- For the topping
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1.167 cups Almond flour
- 5 Tbsps vegan Margarine
- 1 ½ Tbsps Maple syrup
- 1 cup sliced almonds

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a baking dish.
2.
Mix together the apples, maple syrup, lemon juice, white wine, walnuts, cinnamon and raisins. Put into the baking dish.
3.
For the topping: mix together the oats, salt, cinnamon and ground almonds until combined. Work in the margarine and maple syrup, using a fork, until crumbly.
4.
Sprinkle on top of the filling and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
5.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
