Georgian Meat Dumplings

1 Pot, 1 Small pot, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 2 Tablespoons, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Whisk, 1 Slotted spoon
To make the dough, knead together the flour, egg and some salt with 350 ml water. Wrap in cling-film and leave to rest for approx. 30 minutes.
To make the filling mix together the meat, onion, garlic and half the dill. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Roll out the dough and cut out circles approx. 10 cm Ø. Place a tsp of the fill in the middle of each circle and pinch the dough together to form a parcel.
Place the chinkali in boiling salt water and simmer from approx. 15 minutes until done. Remove from the water with a draining spoon and serve seasoned with dill and pepper.
