- 200 grams green Beans
- 1 shallot
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps black Olives (halved)
- ½ organic lemon
- 1 Tbsp chopped Savory
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 50 milliliters Vegetable broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and trim the green beans.
2.
Peel the shallots and cut into eighths. Cut the lemon into thin wedges.
3.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Add the green beans, shallots and garlic, and cook until fragrant. Stir in olives, lemon wedges and vegetable stock. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with the savory and parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
