1 Organic pear

Preparation steps

1.

Combine the dried fruit in a bowl. Pour in enough sherry so that the fruits are completely covered. Leave to soak overnight.

Peel the oranges and remove the segments carefully, collecting the escaping juice. Rinse and halve the apples, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Rinse and halve the pears, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.

Drain the dried fruit through a sieve, collecting the liquid.

3.

Combine all the fruit cubes with the dried fruit in a bowl.

Mix 3 tablespoons of agave syrup with the drained the orange juice and 1-2 tablespoons of sherry liquid. Mix into the fruit, transfer to a glass bowl and serve immediately.

Suggestion: Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream or a tablespoon of whole milk yogurt.
