- 250 grams Raspberries
- 6 mint
- 40 grams Pecan
- 800 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 3 Tbsps honey
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the figs, pat dry and cut each into 6-8 wedges. Cut the dates into quarters. Rinse the raspberries and pat dry. Rinse the mint leaves, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Toast the pecans in a dry skillet, then coarsely chop.

Sweeten the yogurt with 1-2 tablespoons of honey and stir in the chopped mint. Divide about half of the fruit and pecans between 4-6 small serving bowls, spoon the yogurt over the fruit and top with the remaining fruit and pecans. Drizzle with the remaining honey and garnish with mint leaves.
