- 4 Apple
- ½ lemon (juice)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Orange (juice)
- 4 tsps Orange liqueur
- 3 ozs Amaretti biscuits
- 1 cup Mascarpone (heaped)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground Cardamom
- ⅔ cup cream (38% fat)

1 Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Fork, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Sieve, 1 Lid
Preparation steps
1.
Peel, quarter, core and dice the apples.
2.
Put into a pan with the honey and lemon juice, cover and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
3.
Mix the orange juice with the orange liqueur. Reserve 1 tbsp of amaretti and mix the rest with the juice and liqueur.
4.
Mix together the mascarpone, vanilla, cinnamon and cardamom.
5.
Whisk the cream until thick and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
6.
Fill 4 glasses with alternate layers of soaked amaretti, cream and stewed apples, reserving 1 tablespoon of apple.
7.
Chill for about 30 minutes. Spoon the reserved apple on top and crumble the reserved amaretti over the top.
