- 1 ripe, chilled Mango
- 200 milliliters chilled Pineapple
- 500 milliliters cold milk
- 200 milliliters cold Coconut milk (canned)
- sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation steps

Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone, and finely dice. Coarely chop the pineapple. Puree the pineapple with the diced mango and half of the milk. Pass through a fine strainer, then add the remaining milk and the coconut milk. Season to taste with sugar and lemon juice.

Pour the shake into tall glasses, and serve immediately.
