For the lemon dip
150 grams Mayonnaise
100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 tsp Mustard
2 tsps grated Lemon peel
2 Tbsps lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers
lemon zest (for garnish)
For the tomato dip
1 can crushed Tomatoes (400 grams)
1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps finely chopped Basil
Basil (for garnish)
For the fish skewers
700 grams Fish stick (frozen)
Bell pepper (1 small red, yellow and green)
1 lemon
1 l vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

For the lemon dip, mix mayonnaise with yogurt, mustard and lemon juice. Stir and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place lemon dip in bowl and garnish with lemon zest.

For the tomato dip, peel garlic cloves. Season crushed tomato with salt and pepper to taste. Add vinegar, pressed garlic, olive oil and basil. Stir and season to taste. Place sauce in bowl and garnish with basil leaves.

Cut each frozen fish stick into 3 pieces. Rinse peppers, dry, halve, remove ribs and seeds and cut into small pieces. Cut lemon into slices.
