- 8 Mozzarella (about 30 grams)
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

Rinse the arugula and pat dry. Finely chop. Season the mozzarella in salt and pepper and roll in the arugula until the balls are completely coated.
